4.4 Deletion of your personal information
You may request us to delete your personal information under the following circumstances:

4) If you no longer use the White Island Games service, or if you cancel your account;

VII. User Conduct
7.1. You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions under your game account, including any content you post and any consequences thereof.

In addition to using the services of Land of Black and White in accordance with this Agreement, you shall not engage in any behavior that infringes the intellectual property rights of Land of Black and White, or any other behavior that is detrimental to the legitimate rights and interests of Land of Black and White or other third parties.
7.3. You shall comply with laws and regulations when using Land of Black and White Games or Land of Black and White Games Services, and shall not use Land of Black and White Games or Land of Black and White Games Services to engage in illegal and illicit behaviors, including but not limited to the following behaviors:
(1) Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
2) Endangering national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity;
3) leaking state secrets, endangering national security or harming national honor and interests;
4) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity, or infringing on ethnic customs and habits;
(5) Promoting cults and superstitions;
(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
7) propagating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, or abetting a crime
8) insulting or slandering others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Contrary to social morality;
10) have other contents prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and state regulations.
7.4. Unless permitted by law or with the written permission of Land of Black and White, you may not engage in the following behaviors:
(1) Remove information about copyrights on the Game Software and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or other confidential content of the Game Software, including, but not limited to, elements of the Game that Land of Black and White has not yet taken the initiative to publicly present, but which have been sealed in the Game's installation package;
(3) Scanning, probing, and testing the game software to detect, discover, and locate any bugs or weaknesses that may exist in it;
(4) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, hooking up or creating any derivative works of the game software or the data released into the memory of any terminal during the operation of the software, the interaction data between the client side and the server side during the operation of the software, as well as the system data necessary for the operation of the software, in the form of, but not limited to, the use of plug-ins, plug-ins, or third-party tools/services that are not legally authorized to access the software and the related systems. related systems;

(11) Other acts not expressly authorized by Land of Black and White.
7.5. If you have any of the following behaviors (hereinafter referred to as "violations") in the course of using the services of Land of Black and White, Land of Black and White reserves the right to take one or more of the measures stipulated in the second paragraph of this Article in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the relevant rules of the game depending on the severity of the situation, and announce the results of the treatment:
(1) To imply or falsely claim that you are an internal employee of the Land of Black and White or have some special status in an attempt to obtain improper benefits or affect the rights and interests of other users;
2) Acts of using or uploading illegal or inappropriate words, characters and other content in the Land of Black and White game, including for character naming;
(3) Disrupting the Land of Black and White game or affecting the normal conduct of the Land of Black and White game service in any way, including but not limited to:
(1) Violation of the law and/or malicious registration and login behavior of the game, including but not limited to malicious bulk registration of game accounts, as well as login behavior of the game by breaking the server authentication and maliciously squeezing the service;
2) Maliciously implementing behaviors that may cause the game server to go down, lag, or cause other game players to drop out, delay, and other behaviors that prevent them from playing normally, such as the use of DDOS to conduct network traffic attacks on the game server or other players;
3) The use of game loopholes to implement the act of benefiting, destroying the game environment or causing adverse effects to other players;
4) other behaviors that have abnormal game data performance and affect the fairness of the game in the land of black and white.
4) The use of various private services, plug-in behavior;
(5) The use of game synchronizers (including, but not limited to, the use of keyboards, mice and other hardware synchronizers, so that you can use a set of keyboards, mice, at the same time, synchronized control of multiple computers to play the game), as well as the use of a variety of other hardware that can allow you to play the game in the efficiency or revenue data performance of the abnormal hardware (including, but not limited to, the "point device"). "(hereinafter collectively referred to as "cheating hardware");
(6) Spreading illegal speech or inappropriate information;
(7) Stealing other people's game accounts and game items;
(8) Conducting game account trading, account sharing and other behaviors that affect account security;
(9) Without the permission of Land of Black and White, trading game virtual currency, game equipment, game coins and other game props with other users without authorization, or obtaining game virtual currency, game equipment, game coins and other game props or game services from a third party through purchase, acceptance of gifts or other forms.
(10) Violation of any agreement in this Agreement, or violation of any provisions of national laws and regulations;
(11) Other misconduct that is widely recognized in the industry.
The treatment measures stipulated in the preceding paragraph include, but are not limited to:
1) warning; and/or banning, including but not limited to game-wide ban, single-zone ban and public channel ban; and/or
(2) Content reset, including but not limited to resetting or forcibly modifying illegal nicknames, room names, pictures, and other illegal information or content provided or uploaded by you;
(3) Reducing or limiting your game earnings, including but not limited to the improvement of all data related to the growth and upgrading of your game character (such as experience value, honor value, reputation value, title, etc.) and the acquisition of virtual goods in the game such as props, equipments, and virtual currencies, etc.; and/or
(4) Delete or cancel the game account, game data or other game-related information; and/or
(5) Restrict or prohibit your access to specific scenes or use of specific functions in the game; and/or
(6) forcibly withdraw from the Game ("Kick Out"), including, but not limited to, forcibly withdrawing from the entire Game, or from a single round of play in the Game, or from any other Game action you are currently engaged in; and/or
(7) Temporarily or permanently ban your account from logging into the Land of Black and White game ("Banning"); and/or
(8) Temporarily or permanently prohibit you from logging into the Land of Black and White game on the specific terminals (including but not limited to PC terminals, mobile terminals, etc.) involved in your illegal or unruly behavior; and/or
(9) suspend or terminate your use of the Land of Black and White Games and related services, or unilaterally notify you of the termination of this Agreement; and/or
(10) file civil lawsuits against you for your violation of the law and pursue you for infringement, breach of contract or other civil liabilities, and request you to compensate Land of Black and White for the losses incurred by Land of Black and White as a result of your violation of the law (including direct economic losses, loss of reputation or goodwill of Land of Black and White and the damages paid by Land of Black and White to the outside world, settlement costs, attorney's fees, litigation costs and other indirect losses) (10) Land of Black and White will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by you, or will be transferred to the relevant administrative authorities to impose administrative penalties or to the judicial authorities to pursue your criminal liability; and/or
(11) other measures announced by BWL through the game rules (including but not limited to user rules, player regulations, game announcements, tips and notices).
You understand and agree that because of the hidden nature of plug-ins and game synchronizers and other cheating hardware or their disappearance after use, Land of Black and White has the right to determine whether you have used illegal plug-ins or game synchronizers and other cheating hardware based on your game data and performance anomalies.
7.6. You understand and agree that if Land of Black and White takes measures to block your game account in accordance with this Agreement, the specific period of blocking will be determined by Land of Black and White according to the circumstances of your violation.
You understand and agree that: (1) during the period of blocking, the game equipment, game coins and other game props in your game account may not be used; (2) if there is a certain expiration date for the aforesaid game virtual currencies, game equipment, game coins and other game props, the expiration date may expire during the period of blocking, and you will not be able to use the game virtual currencies, game equipment, game coins and other game props that have already expired after the unblocking of your game account. After your game account is unblocked, you will not be able to use the expired game virtual currency, game equipment, game currency and other game props.
VIII. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1. White Island Games is the owner of the intellectual property rights in the Land of Black and White Games. White Island Games is the owner of all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights and other legal rights and interests in the Land of Black and White game (including, but not limited to, the Land of Black and White game as a whole, all artwork, music, textual works, and other game elements and components contained within the game, as well as the continuous dynamic graphics presented by the Land of Black and White game), as well as all the information content related to the Land of Black and White game (including). Land of Black and White enjoys the above intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, except for the rights of the relevant right holders in accordance with the provisions of the law, as all the information content (including text, pictures, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents) related to the Land of Black and White game are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties. Without the prior written consent of Land of Black and White, you are not allowed to commercially use the Land of Black and White game (including, but not limited to, the Land of Black and White game as a whole, all artwork, music, written works and other game elements and components contained in the game, as well as the continuous motion picture presented by the Land of Black and White game) in any way or to disseminate the content of the Land of Black and White game through the information network.
8.2. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the ownership and intellectual property rights of the game data generated by your use of the Land of Black and White game services belong to Land of Black and White, and Land of Black and White has the right to store and dispose of such game data. Land of Black and White reserves the right to save and dispose of the game data. The retention period of the purchase records of the virtual currency purchased by the users will be in accordance with the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations. The retention period of other game data shall be determined by Land of Black and White on its own, but if national laws and regulations stipulate otherwise, it shall be subject to their provisions.
8.3. Land of Black and White games may involve third party intellectual property rights, and such third parties have requirements for you to use such intellectual property rights in Land of Black and White games based on this Agreement, Land of Black and White will inform you of such requirements in an appropriate manner, and you shall comply with them.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may revise the Policy from time to time. When the terms are changed, we will show you the changed privacy policy by push notification, pop-up window or other appropriate forms when you log in.
X. Other Provisions
10.1 If any provision of this Privacy Policy is invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy shall remain valid and binding and enforceable.
10.2 The headings of all provisions of this Privacy Policy are for convenience only and have no actual meaning in and of themselves and shall not be relied upon as a basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Privacy Policy and related provisions.
10.3 White Island Games' failure to exercise, or its failure to exercise in a timely manner, or its failure to fully exercise its rights under this Agreement or in accordance with laws and regulations shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights and shall not affect the exercise of such rights by White Island Games in the future.
10.4 White Island Games reserves the right to modify, add, delete or update this Privacy Policy.
10.5 The conclusion, fulfillment, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China to the exclusion of all other conflict of laws. This Agreement is entered into in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content or implementation of this Privacy Policy, the two parties shall negotiate and settle it amicably; in the event of failure of negotiation, the two parties agree to submit it to the jurisdiction of the People's Court of Guangzhou Municipality, Guangdong Province.
