Account Deletion Request for "Xanadu Land"

To delete your game account and associated data, please use one of these methods:

1. In-Game Deletion (Recommended)

• Open "Settings" → Navigate to "Account" → Select "Delete Account"
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process

2. Manual Request via Support

• Email: Send your request to islewhitestudio@gmail.com with:
  • Your registered email/username
  • Character name(s)
  • Registration date (approximate)
  • Login region/country
  • Device model (optional but helpful)
  • Clear statement requesting account deletion
• Discord: Contact our admin team via Official Discord Server and provide the above information

Verification Process:

For security and to prevent unauthorized deletion, we require the following for manual requests:

• Character name(s) associated with the account
• Approximate registration date
• Primary login region/country
• Registered email/username

Data Handling:

• All verification data will only be used for account deletion purposes
• Complete data removal occurs within 30 days of verification
• You'll receive confirmation when deletion is complete
